Roberto Perez Powers Indians Over Cubs In World Series Game One

The Cleveland Indians have defeated the Chicago Cubs 6-0 in Game One of the World Series in Cleveland. Roberto Perez homered twice and Corey Kluber itched six-plus shutout innings to outduel Jon Lester for the win. The Indians host Game Two of the best-of-seven series on Wednesday. That game has been moved up by one hour and will start at 7:08 pm ET due to rain in the forecast.
