'Dragon' Crash Survivor Records Final Goodbyes In A Ditch

Kevin Diepenbrock is lucky to be alive following a horrific motorcycle crash. Diepenbrock was seriously injured when he wrecked his motorcycle on a dangerous stretch of road known to locals as "The Dragon."
According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, Diepenbrock and his friend Phillip Polito crashed into each other near stretch of road filled with sharp turns and beautiful scenery in Pennsylvania. Polito was killed in the crash, but Diepenbrock was launched from his bike and sent tumbling 100 feet down into a ravine.
Diepenbrock suffered "two punctured lungs, 17 breaks in 12 ribs and multiple spinal fractures." As he laid there dying, with no cell phone service and nobody coming to help him, he pulled out his phone to record goodbyes to his family. He filmed 3 separate videos, sounding weaker with each video. After 30 hours, rescuers came and pulled him from the ravine.
