Cubs Fans Go Wild Outside Wrigley Field Following Historic World Series Win (VIDEO)

After 108 years of heartbreak and suffering, Chicago Cubs fans were finally able to celebrate a World Series championship. While the Cubs were playing in Cleveland, fans in Chicago gathered outside of Wrigley Field, hoping to celebrate. 

Many fans crammed into bars, trying to get a glimpse of the game on TV, while others were following the game on their phones from the street. iHeartRadio station Big 95.5 in Chicago was there to capture the moment as the final out was recorded and the Cubs fans erupted in cheers as their team finally reached the pinnacle of the baseball world.
