Kanye West spent his sixth consecutive night at The Forum in Los Angeles on Thursday (November 3), but the hip-hop heavyweight had to end the show about 45 minutes into the set after he nearly lost his voice.
As the sole person on stage throughout the duration of the "Saint Pablo Tour," it all seemed like too much for 'Ye. Shortly into "Only One," Kanye told the crowd that his voice was "too hoarse" to keep the concert going, before the audience started booing the superstar.
"Turn the lights up, shows over. I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform. I'm sorry," he told the crowd. "I'm very sorry. I love you. I promise I’ll do better next time."
If you put things into perspective, Kanye was supposed to end the trek on October 29 in Las Vegas, but went on to add three additional shows at the Inglewood venue. Thankfully, the rapper has weeks to rest that voice and get back in the game as he's not set to return to the stage until November 11 in San Jose.
