Bobby Bones To Head Out On Nationwide Stand Up Comedy Tour In 2017

Bobby Bones, host of The Bobby Bones Show, will take his Funny & Alone Stand Up Comedy Tour nationwide in 2017, which includes a schedule of dates kicking off in Virginia Beach, VA on January 13th.

Bones will take his captivating yet hilarious story out on the road with his one-man stand-up show, combining his love for country music and comedy in his distinct humorous patter, while regaling stories from growing up in rural Arkansas, to hosting the most popular radio show in the format. Bones is taking special guest Walker Hayes and newcomer Nikita Karmen out on the dates. 

“I’ve been doing stand up comedy since I was 19 years old, and I’m really excited to be able to do it for more people next year,” said Bones.  “My favorite thing to do is be on the radio, but it’s followed very close by my love for comedy and the stage.  I wanted to put together a show that lovers of comedy and music would enjoy.  It’ll be fun to bring out Walker Hayes, who is one of my current favorite artists.  And I’m also excited for the rest of the country to see Nikita Karmen, but mostly I’m just pumped to make people laugh.”

Staggering demand saw tickets to multiple dates of the tour sell out in minutes and, prompted Bones to add more dates to the nationwide tour.  Shows in Bakersfield, CA, Bismarck, ND, Boston, MA, Grand Forks, ND, Virginia Beach, VA and Wichita, KS sold-out almost immediately, and Bones announced more shows in Bakersfield, CA, Grand Forks, ND and Wichita, KS to meet the overwhelming demand.  

“Wow, it’s not often you find me at a loss for words,” laughed Bobby Bones. “Seriously though, I didn’t know what to expect when I announced an official, national comedy tour.  It was definitely daunting, but the fans have gone above and beyond in their support, and I’m just looking forward to getting out there now. Guess I’m not doing the tour  'alone' now!”
