Jon Bellion On Making Of 'All Time Low': It Didn't Take Long For Me To Record It

If you're a fan of Jon Bellion's "All Time Low," then you'll be happy to read what the budding star had to say about the making of the single in a recently-released video.

Earlier this week, iHeartRadio obtained footage of the Long Island-born star going through the creative methods of the cut in the studio. "It didn't take long for me to make the song," he says in the four-minute video, which sees him playing around in the studio with various sound effects. "I had the low concept first and worked backwards. I found the 'low low low' thing. In my head, I kind of freestyled and once I loved it, I laid it down and wrote the whole song backwards."

Earlier this year, Bellion took to iHeartRadio HQ to talk about the importance of delivering an authentic presentation to the 2016 crowd. "You can't fake the funk anymore. In the Internet age, you could spend half a million on a video. That doesn't mean somebody's going to watch it. It's not 'TRL.' It's not f.y.e. at the store. That's not the only way you get music," a candid Bellion said.

"All Time Low" is currently available on iTunes.
