Here's How To Keep Exes From Showing Up In Facebook Memories

Nothing ruins a day like having Facebook serve up a memory from a few years ago and it being a photo of yourself and your ex. However, you can actually stop the site from including certain people or eras of your life in those memories.

In just a few steps, you can make it so you are never forced to see people or times in your life that you are trying to forget about. 

First, open Facebook in an internet browser and scroll down until you see On This Day in the Apps section on the left side of the screen.

Clicking on On This Day opens your Memories page. In the top right corner is a Preferences button. Click that.

From there, you will be able to filter out people or times in your life. 

This should take care of those issues, but you're on your own when it comes to drunk dialing.
