Ariana Grande & Stevie Wonder's 'Faith' Is Nominated For A Golden Globe
December 12, 2016
Ariana Grande can add Golden Globe nominee to her resume as "Faith," her duet with Stevie Wonder for the motion picture Sing, was announced as a contender in the Best Original Song category on Monday morning (December 12).
"Faith" will go head-to-head with Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling" from Trolls, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone's "City of Stars" from La La Land, Iggy Pop & Danger Mouse's "Gold" from the film of the same name and Lin-Manuel Miranda's "How Far I'll Go" from Moana. Unfortunately for Ari, she won't be one of the recipients of the award since Best Original Song offers this title to the songwriters and she didn't contribute. Those credits go to Ryan Tedder, Benjamin Levin and Francis Farewell Starlite. The Golden Globe Awards will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon and air live on NBC on January 8.
