A few weeks ago, a young girl named Michele showed up to school on Superhero dressed as her favorite superhero, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Her mom posted a photo on Facebook, saying her daughter "decided to dress as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, because she fights prejudice and injustice."

The photo ended up going viral and made it to all the way to Ginsburg's desk. Upon seeing the photo, she had her assistant get in touch with the family and wrote a personal letter to the young girl.

According to the Huffington Post, Ginsburg sent a handwritten letter saying:

Dear Michele: You look just like me! May you continue to thrive on reading and learning. Every good wish, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Michele was so excited, that she brought the letter to school, where her teacher read it out loud and used it to teach students about the Supreme Court. She may have also inspired other students to dress up as real life heroes next year.
