Taylor Swift Grammy Speech Used For Inspirational Ad

If you watched last year’s GRAMMY Awards you may remember the powerful speech Taylor Swift gave when she won Album of the Year for “1989.” The speech was directed right at young women and now those inspiring words are being used for a new commercial for the GRAMMYS.

In the ad, several young girls repeat Taylor’s words, with the pop star coming out only at the very end. The Recording Academy describes the ad by writing, “Young women from all walks of life take a powerful Grammys acceptance speech by Taylor Swift and make it their own mantra of inspiration, hard work and hope.”
