Watch Over 1,000 Musicians Perform Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'

The Rockin' 1000 have returned with a performance of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit". In the video above, 1,200 musicians, including drummers, guitarists, bassists, and singers, unite together at an open-air arena in Italy to rock out to the 1991 grunge masterpiece.  

Fabio Zaffagnini, the organizer of the event, talked with NME about the putting together such a monumental event. "They all joined this project and took the flight to come over to this tiny town that is Cesena and to perform in front of thousands of people, just like rockstars do. Actually they’re just normal musicians playing in pubs, but for once in their life they were in a context that is similar to the one that is generally reserved to rockstars."

The Rockin' 1000 have also covered Foo Fighters' "Learn To Fly" and The White Stripes "Seven Nation Army". Check them out below:
