Migos Apologizes For Controversial Reaction To iLoveMakonnen Coming Out

Yesterday (Feb. 8),news surfaced of Migos' shocking reaction to iLoveMakonnen's coming out and the support that he got after the fact.
Rolling Stone reported that Quavo said, "Damn, Makonnen!" when an interviewer told them iLoveMakonnen's big news. Then, when the writer told the rap trio that he was being supported, Quavo asked, "They supported him?" Offset added, "That's because the world is f**ked up."
Then, Quavo tried to explain their reaction. "We ain't saying it's nothing wrong with the gays," he said. Instead, Quavo believed this news undermined his street cred because "he first came out talking about trapping and selling Molly, doing all that."
Now, Migos is apologizing for their response to iLoveMakonnen's reveal that he's gay. On the group's Twitter account, they issued the following statement:
