Metallica Announces WorldWired 2017 Tour

Metallica has announced a North America tour that kicks off on May 10th in Baltimore and runs through August.
The band revealed the news of their WorldWired 2017 Tour a day after their technical difficulty-filled performance with Lady Gaga at the Grammys. The trek is behind Metallica's latest album, Hardwired... to Self-Destruct, and begins after the group plays some shows in Mexico and South America.
During the tour, Avenged Sevenfold, Volbeat and Gojira will support at various dates. Here's Metallica's full 2017 tour schedule:
