Chase Elliott Wins Pole at Daytona

For a second straight season, Chase Elliott is taking the pole for the Daytona 500. Elliott just beat out Dale Earnhardt Junior, who came in second and will join Elliott on the front row.
Thursday will see the rest of the field set by two qualifying races. Elliott only made it through 19 laps at the race last season due to car troubles. The Daytona 500 starts the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Schedule on Sunday.
