Though many recording artists would kill for the chance to have Kanye West bless one of their songs with his bars, Nicki Minaj was the complete opposite when it came to her song "Right Thru Me."
"Right Thru Me" was one of the major singles from Minaj's debut album, Pink Friday. It was a crossover song, frequently playing on both Hip Hop and Pop stations.
The Queen Barb revealed that Ye really wanted to be a part of it. But, she begged him to reconsider. "Hooks, I freestyled in the studio: 'Blazin,' the female rapper tweeted. "Fun fact: Kanye REALLY wanted to get on RIGHT THRU ME. I had to beg him to change his mind."

As for West, it's no secret that he's a huge fan of Minaj. He's even said that her verse on "Monster" is one of the best verses on his entire My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy project. To compromise with West, he was featured on "Blazin," instead. And the rest was pink history.
