Retired Gymnasts Testify About Sexual Abuse In Olympic Sports

A group of retired gymnasts is accusing USA Gymnastics officials of sexual abuse.  Olympic gold medalist Dominique Moceanu, bronze medalist Jamie Dantzscher and national champion rhythmic gymnast Jessica Howard testified before a Senate Judiciary Committee.  

The committee is in the process of creating a bill that would reshape how sexual abuse is reported in Olympic sports to law enforcement officials.  Senator Dianne Feinstein of California is co-sponsoring the bill.  No one from USA Gymnastics testified at the hearing.
