We all just gagged in our mouths. "Black-ish" creator Kenya Barris revealed that "Good Times" star Jimmie Walker is dating controversial conservative Ann Coulter.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Mr. J.J. Evans AKA "Dynamite!" himself. Barris was speaking with Norman Lear, who is one of his longtime friends and also a former executive producer of "Good Times." The two began speaking about how iconic the show became for not only African-American families who watched it, but many other families of different backgrounds who were fans of the show, too.
When speaking about Walker in a recent Entertainment Weekly's Untold Stories special, Lear admitted, “I knew that the role could make him a star.” Then, he declared that he's dating Coulter. “I love him [Walker]; he’s a wonderful guy, but I’ll tell you something about him that’ll astound you: He dates Ann Coulter,” Lear said.
The former producer also revealed that he once double dated with his wife, and Walker and Coulter. Initially, Lear's wife didn't want to because she didn't like the controversial opinions Coulter had. But, Lear said that the political commentator was shockingly “a dreamy, delicious, sweet person.”
Back in 2013, rumors began spreading about Coulter and Walker dating. But, she quickly denied them and said that Walker was the one saying that, not her. Guess she had a change of heart.
