French Montana took a trip to Kampala, Uganda for his new video for "Unforgettable" featuring Swae Lee. Let us just say that it's definitely a powerful visual that you would want to see several times.
Rae Sremmurd's very own Swae Lee is featured on the single. So, of course he had to represent and travel to the East African country for the video, too. In the visual, Montana highlights Ugandan kids, as they show off their epic dance skills for the cameras. The rapper was so impressed by the youth that he once said that their dancing was better than other superstar's -- Chris Brown!
"The realest talent is not here," Montana told TMZ. "These kids I went to go see dance better than Chris Brown. They don't have no TV. So watch Friday when I drop my video you gonna see real dance moves."
The recording artist also explained why he decided to shoot the video in Uganda. "I traveled somewhere that touched my heart," he continued. "I traveled somewhere that I never knew people still lived like that. I traveled somewhere where it's like a life don't mean nothing, you know what I'm saying? I just want to spread the word, especially with everything that's going on right now in the United States and everything. I just want to let people know there's people really living like that, so open your eyes and help people out there."
Montana is originally from the North African country of Morocco. At the age of 13, the now-rapper moved from Morocco to The Bronx, New York with his family. It's great to see that he didn't forget where he came from.
