Lady Gaga is having a huge week. Not only did she receive praise for her headlining set during weekend one of Coachella, but the pop star also performed (and released) a brand-new single called "The Cure." Now, Mother Monster has come forth to unveil the very first shot from her upcoming remake of A Star is Born alongside Bradley Cooper.
On Monday (April 17), the pop titan shared the first glimpse of the upcoming film and it features her and Cooper mid-jam session. Rocking brunette hair, the 31-year-old is seen singing into a mic with her eyes closed as her co-star watches intently with his guitar in tow.
"I am so excited to star in my first movie alongside someone I'm so lucky to call my friend," the singer captioned the still. "I always wanted to be an actress on the big screen. The story of 'A Star is Born' is so special and I'm so grateful to Bradley for making my dream come true. Can't wait for you to meet Ally. She has her first scene in 5....⏰"

In case you didn't hear, Warner Bros Pictures coordinated time to shoot scenes for the film while the pop star was in the Coachella vicinity. The music festival also solicited for extras via their official app. A Star Is Born marks Cooper's directorial debut and will tell the story of an up and coming star who breaks into the showbiz world with the help of an industry vet. Cooper will reportedly join the singer on Tuesday and Wednesday to film scenes, which are set to take place during a country concert in the film's story line.
