A Penguins fan named Phil Hammerstein got a tattoo of Phil Kessel, riding a hot dog, with the Stanley Cup, while squirting mustard. It was apparently done by tattoo artist Aaron Harding at the Pittsburgh Tattoo Company according to the write up on Yahoo Sports.
