Pirates CF Marte Suspended 80 Games For PED Use

Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Starling Marte is being suspended 80 games for violating the league's performance-enhancing substance abuse policy. Marte tested positive for Nandrolone.
The suspension also makes Marte ineligible for the playoffs this year. The 28-year-old is hitting .241 with two home runs and seven RBI in 13 games this season.
