Normani Kordei and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy dominated again on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” They “nailed’ their salsa to “When I Grow Up” by The Pussycat Dolls

Last week, Kordei crushed the competition with her paso doble to “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” from Mulan on “Disney Night.” And while she got near perfect score of 39 out of 40 points. Carrie Ann Inaba exclaimed, “That was epic… It was perfection.” “I really enjoyed watching it,” added Len Goodman. Julianne Hough called her routine “great,” while Bruno Tonioli similarly praised her footwork. Kordei seemingly took the judges’ criticisms from the week before when she danced a rumba, and channeled her energy into improving.

For her salsa on the boy bands and girls group-themed show, Carrie Ann felt, “Every move you do, you stick it.” Tonioli stated, “That was a performance from a person who’s in it to win it… You absolutely nailed.” Goodman offered, “That showcased what a great dancer you are.” And guest judge Nick Carter added, “You have what it takes to take this all the way.” For her and Val Chmerkovskiy’s salsa, she received a total of 38 out of 40 points.
