They've Dated For Awhile And He Just Left His Wife

Sometimes timing just isn't perfect and it seems like it could have been better for "Grey's Anatomy" star Jesse Williams and model/actress Minka Kelly.

Sources are saying they've been together since last year, but Williams just left his wife this year. 

According to a source, “He’s going to wake up and be like, ‘What did I do?’ He has two children. This isn’t Hollywood, where you can say ‘cut.’ [He and Minka] are in lust."
