Vin Diesel's taking this itch to do music one step further with the help of Steve Aoki, according to the Los Angeles Times. However, it sounds like the actor's yearning for the recording booth might not be just an itch.

In a recent feature with the outlet, Diesel interrupted his interview to call his friend and EDM heavyweight Steve Aoki, revealing that the two worked on what's described as a "monster track" in Las Vegas. "And when the Fast & Furious megastar played the track for his girlfriend — and mother of his three children — Paloma Jimenez the next day, it brought Diesel to tears," the Los Angeles Times reported.

Even though neither of them shared the title or any further details about the cut, Aoki had some rather generous thoughts on the collaboration. "What Vin brought to the table, I've never experienced before," he confessed. "I think it's going to blow people's minds."

Diesel's been inching his way to a crossover music career with his recent performance alongside Nicky Jam at the Billboard Latin Music Awards and his version of Kygo and Selena Gomez's "It Ain't Me."
