A 21-year-old named Olivia was pretty confused trying to put on the mesh crop top she ordered from PrettyLittleThing.com so she tweeted the site to ask what she was doing wrong. It turned out, it was the shirt that was the problem.

Olivia thought she had a really big head or accidentally ordered kids' clothes, but it was actually just a design flaw - one that has lead to some hysterical photos from others who have tried on the shirt:

For their part, Pretty Little Thing has been going through all the photos, offering full refunds and discounts to customers who were disappointed.
@kez_atkinsonxx @tatam_poppy @OliviaSkuce @OfficialPLT Hey, really sorry about the issue with the top! Please DM us and we will get this sorted for you. Lauren

The crop top has since been pulled from the site.
