Fifth Harmony performed “Down” and “Work From Home” for the “Good Morning America” 2017 Summer Concert Series on Friday, live from Central Park. Gucci Mane also made a surprise appearance. Watch the videos below!
As Gossip Cop reported, Nelly collaborated with Florida Georgia Line last week, performing a number of hits for their adoring fans. During the performance, the rapper debuted his new song, “Sounds Good To Me,” his newest record in two years, which borrows elements from the country music genre. But today, it was the turn of Fifth Harmony to take to Central Park’s “SummerStage,” the third act in this year’s “GMA” summer concert series. In addition to performing the massive hit “Work From Home,” the band also debuted their new single, “Down,” which was dropped just last night.
Before taking to the stage, the band spoke to Michael Strahan and Lara Spencer about their upcoming album. On performing their new song for the first time, the girls said, “We’re so incredibly excited. We’re so so excited about ‘Down.’ Brand new Fifth Harmony, brand new era.”
Next week, The Chainsmokers will be performing live from the “GMA” Summer Series Concert stage. Throughout the rest of the month, The Lumineers, Little Big Town and Bebe Rexha will also be taking part in the summer festivities, with Big Sean, Lady Antebellum, Zedd, Alessia Cara and Imagine Dragons hitting the stage in July.
