Possible Ape Living In Los Angeles Foothills

There's a mysterious beast living in the Los Angeles Foothills.  A hiker was exploring on some trails in La Crescenta last week when he noticed something watching him.  He pulled out his phone and started to film the creature, which then took off and started swinging from the branches.  Experts believe the animal may be an ape.

Officials say sometimes people who have exotic pets can't take care of them or they escape.
