UPDATE (10:45 AM ET): Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory tweeted that the incident was "not a publicity stunt" and the show was plagued by "a lot of human & technical WTFs" but did not mention Moody by name. The band has not yet made an official statement.

Original Story: Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Ivan Moody announced that he is leaving the band during a chaotic gig in Tilburg, Netherlands. “I’ll let you know ahead of time, this is my last show with Five Finger Death Punch," Moody said before making a throat-slitting motion on his neck. The show reportedly only lasted 40 minutes and former Divine Heresy and Snot vocalist Tommy Vext sang the first two songs before Moody took the stage. Dutch site BD.nl reported that FFDP “played out of time, disappeared after every song for minutes from the stage and seemed to quarrel among themselves.” They also claim Moody was enraged that the band used a different singer and said, “There’s only one f***ing singer of Five Finger Death Punch, and I am [him].”

Moody's relationship with FFDP has been on shaky grounds this past year. He was replaced by All That Remains singer Phil Labonte for numerous shows after Moody's behavior became erratic on stage. In April, reports came out that he said was leaving the band to pursue a new project during a radio interview but later released a lengthy statement saying he was misunderstood.

Just hours after the disastrous Netherlands show, the band announced a joint European tour with In Flames
