Guy All Smiles After Arrest For Threatening Miami State Representative

A State Representative and Miami-Dade police detectives weren't laughing when a man posted a death threat on Facebook.
Jose Felix Diaz spotted the post saying he'd be killed if he showed up to an upcoming meeting.
The Miami Republican said he feared for his life after recent attacks on government officials.
Cops tracked down Steve St. Felix at his Miami Gardens home where he supposedly confessed saying he was off his medication, didn't mean to harm the lawmaker but is fed up with the Republican party.
The 33-year-old is charged with written threats to kill or do bodily injury.
