Kelly Clarkson Hits Back At Body-Shamer With Awesomely Explicit Comeback

Kelly Clarkson's humor remains one of her best qualities and she used her comedy chops to deliver a clap back at an online troll, who decided to go after the American Idol champ's weight. 

After sharing an Independence Day greeting with her Twitterverse followers on Tuesday (July 4), the songstress decided to reply to one troll, who called her fat. Less than two minutes after his tweet, the 35-year-old star, who is currently working on the follow-up to 2015's Piece by Piece, hit back with an awesome explicit one-liner that had her supporters howling with laughter.

Clarkson's appearance has been a topic of discussion in recent years, but the criticism is not something that the singer takes seriously. "I don't obsess about my weight, which is probably one of the reasons why other people have such a problem with it," she told Redbook in 2015. "There are just some people who are born skinny and with a great metabolism – that is not me. I wish I had a better metabolism. But someone else probably wishes they could walk into a room and make friends with everyone like I can. You always want what someone else has."
