Here's How Much Drake Received In His Latest 'Degrassi' Royalty Check

More than a decade later, Drake is still cashing in for his role on Degrassi: The Next Generation and he took to social media to prove it.

On Tuesday morning (July 18), Drizzy Drake took to Instagram to share a photo of his latest check from his time on the Canadian teen drama and it sees the Young Money MC a whole $8.25 richer. Take a look at his post below. During his time on the series between 2001 to 2005, he starred as Jimmy Brooks, before launching his rap career and eventual world domination.

In related news, Billboard recently placed the chart-topper on the No. 4 spot on its Top 50 Money Makers of 2016 list. According to their stats, he earned $37.3 million dollars, which includes counting sales, publishing, streaming and touring.
