Parmalee Has New Album Out Today

It's been almost four years since Parmalee released their debut album, Feels Like Carolina. Today, they'll release their sophomore record, 27861.
Their plans for album number-two had to wait until they exhausted the music on the first album. Guitar player Josh McSwain says the new album is worth the wait.
"If we would have put this album out two years ago, it wouldn't be these same songs. It took awhile, but I think we've got a better album now."
The album's title is the zip code of their namesake town of Parmele, North Carolina.
