Senate Decides Whether To Move Forward On Healthcare Bill Today

Senators will decide today whether to open debate on a healthcare bill.  Republicans don't know if they can muster enough votes to move it forward.  Several Republicans have said they don't know what legislation they're being asked to consider.  

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell promised a vigorous, open process to repeal and replace Obamacare, if the procedural hurdle is cleared.  A revised Senate Republican healthcare bill collapsed last week.
