Attorneys For Venus Williams Fight Back Against Lawsuit

Tennis star Venus Williams is fighting a wrongful death lawsuit over a crash in South Florida.  Her attorneys claim the 78 year old man who died in the accident near Williams' Palm Beach Gardens home last month was not wearing a seatbelt.  

The victim died when the car he was in rammed into Williams' vehicle.  Police initially blamed Williams for the wreck but, after further review, decided that she was not at fault.
