Marijuana Magazine "High Times" Going Public

"High Times" is going public. Reuters reports the publisher of the "magazine for marijuana" plans to take the company public in the fall. Sources say "High Times" expects to list on Nasdaq by October.
The magazine is going public at a time when eight states and Washington, DC have legalized recreational marijuana for adults. "High Times" has more than 330,000 print and digital subscribers.
