Arpaio Guilty Of Criminal Contempt Of Court

A Phoenix lawman who billed himself as "America's Toughest Sheriff" is guilty of criminal contempt of court. A federal judge made the rulilng today in the case of former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Arpaio was accused of violating a court order to stop immigration patrols due to concerns about racial profiling. His sentencing is scheduled for October 5th.
