Elmira, N.Y. - The baby abandoned for more than three days in a trash bag in Chemung County is finally out of the hospital.

Elmira police say that Baby Sabrina is out of a Rochester hospital and now with a foster family.  Hariette Hoyt, Sabrina's 17-year-old mother, is charged with attempted murder and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

When baby Sabrina was found last week authorities said she was a half hour from death.
