Cop Returns Toddler's Favorite Stuffed Animal

The little girl thought Bubbles the puppy was lost forever after she left him on the playground.  Little did she know that officer Dan, a police officer in Rhode Island, already had Bubbles and was on his way to return him.  Here he is dropping Bubbles by the house. Best. News. Ever.
