ISIS Claiming Responsibility For Spain Terror Attack

ISIS is claiming responsibility for the deadly terrorist attack in Barcelona.  An ISIS linked news agency claims "soldiers of the Islamic State" carried out yesterday's attack that left at least 13 people dead and over 100 others hurt.  

The attack happened when a van plowed through a crowd in a popular tourist area.  The regional president of Catalonia says two people have been arrested in connection with the attack, but neither was the driver of the van.
