The Painful Place Everyone Is Now Getting Tattooed

Ears aren't just for piercings anymore. The latest trend is to get your ear tattooed, and it's in a very painful place. The ink is going in that soft outer edge called the helix, which is extremely sensitive, and in the cartilage of the ear, which is just as tender.
Apparently though, a lot of people have a high threshold for pain because Instagram is getting filled with photos of artistic ears. Here's some that we found:
