Former Congressman Anthony Weiner is asking a Manhattan judge to postpone sentencing in his sexting with a minor case.  The serial sexter is supposed to learn his fate on September 8th but is now asking for his court date to be pushed off to October 6th.  Weiner says his lawyers need more time to prepare a sentencing recommendation.

The 52 year old pleaded guilty in May to sending obscene material to a North Carolina teenager.  The 15 year old says he courted her on Skype using the name "T-Dog," told her his sex fantasies and asked her to dress up in a school uniform.
