Still Not Convinced You Need Eclipse Glasses? Neither Were These People

There's a reason there is such a high demand for solar eclipse glasses - it's because watching the beautiful phenomenon without them can cause serious damage. 

We were actually able to get our hands on some archival footage of people who watched previous solar eclipses without the protective eyewear and it's pretty disturbing. Let it be a lesson to you if you're thinking of going without glasses. Watch out at your own risk:
