Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says there's no way he's going to allow this country to default on its debt, so there's no way Congress won't vote to raise the debt limit.
Kentucky's senior U.S. senator spoke to a crowd in Louisville yesterday with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. The two talked taxes, the Affordable Care Act, and debt. McConnell said there is "zero chance" that Congress will not increase the nation's borrowing limit.
