Vaughan pays tribute to Constable Elliot the police guinea pig

Unfortunately, Constable Elliot the police guinea pig passed away and is now in the big wheel in the sky. Vaughan was particularly torn up about this, going into a full fledged melt down causing him to reenact the moment that Elliot's family found out about his passing.
