Taylor Swift

At 11:42pm ET on Friday, August 25th, Taylor Alison Swift bestowed upon the world her brand new song called "Look What You Made Me Do," the lead single from her upcoming album Reputation (due out November 10th).

Aside from her collaboration "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" with Zayn, from the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, "Look What You Made Me Do" has been a long time coming for Swifties everywhere. It's Tay Tay's first new music since her 1989 album ... that she released THREE YEARS AGO. This is unlike Swift's previous album release pattern. Since her self-titled debut in 2006, she's released a new album every two years since then. So, this extra year has been LONG for Taylor Nation.

Nonetheless, Taylor has finally presented us all with her brand new single and we are HERE. FOR. IT. The song is clearly aimed any anyone and everyone who has ever wronged her, or has been negative towards her in any way. She sings in the pre-chorus, "I rose up from the dead, I do it all the time/I got a list of names and yours is in red underlined."

Oh, and later in the song, she says, "I'm sorry, the old Taylor can't come to the phone right now. Why? Oh, cuz she's dead."

ICONIC. THE NEW REPUTATION ERA OF TAYLOR SWIFT HAS OFFICIALLY ARRIVED.

But we're not the only ones who are overcome with emotion. The rest of Taylor nation expressed their feels via social media the second T-Swift dropped her new song ... and, well ... SAME PAGE.
