UPDATE:

The singer tweeted on Thursday (Sept. 14) night that she got both a positive and negative lupus test. K. also said that she won't know for sure if she has the sickness for two months. See her tweet below.

Early Thursday (Sept. 14) morning, K. Michelle revealed some devastating news. The singer/songwriter told fans that doctors have diagnosed her with lupus.

K. shared this announcement on Twitter. For the past few weeks, we've noticed that the star hasn't been as active on social media. Now, we know why. But, that's not the only sad news that K. admitted. Her fertility doctor also told her that if she were to get pregnant -- she's wanted twins for a long time -- K. wouldn't be able to carry her children to full term.

"Hey milfs how are you tonight? Can we talk?" the singer started the conversation. "So my docs told me I had lupus. I was devastated for 2 weeks. Then the fertility doctor told me that I couldn't carry twins full terms. But, wait..."

She continued: "I still have to pay close attention to my blood work every 3 months 4 safety. But just when I thought that was over. I get another call... Then a call from my obgyn saying that if I have twins they would not be full term because of my size and health. Literally I was so broken..."

See K.'s tweets speaking about her lupus diagnosis and surrogacy journey below. Our prayers go out to her.
