Issa Rae Has the Best Response to Twitter Troll Calling Her Racist

Issa Rae absolutely slayed last night on the Emmys red carpet. Not only was her look on point, but so were her interviews. The hilariously candid creator and star of HBO's hit show Awkward  talked to Variety last night about who she was rooting for to take him trophy's last night. "I'm rooting for everybody black," Issa told the reporter. "I am." 

Once the interview clip was posted to Twitter, however, trolls started coming for Issa. One Twitter user responded to Variety's tweet, writing "talk about racist! You are one!" 

Of course, Issa was having none of it. She quickly shut the troll down in the most expertly succint tweet we've ever seen. Issa simply responded by writing "Sure, Jan." 

Let it be known: don't come for Issa Rae.
