14-Year-Old Facing Murder Charges In Shooting Death of Cousin

FREMONT, Ohio - A 14-year-old boy is facing murder charges in the shooting death of his 14-year-old cousin. 

WTOL 11 reports Elijah Starks has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, burglary, tampering with evidence and obstructing official business. The charges are all related to the shooting death of Starks' cousin, 14-year-old Jaylen Brock. 

The state also filed a motion to move Starks' case to adult court.
