Niall Horan surprised a fan at the Daytime Village Presented by Capital One at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday, September 23.

The “Slow Hands” singer stopped by the The CW Platform and chatted with On Air With Ryan Seacrest’s Sisanie and Tanya Rad about his upcoming performance and gave away a pair of tkts.
