Megyn Kelly Admits That She's 'Done With Politics' On Morning Show Premiere

Monday morning saw a new show hitting the AM lineup: “Megyn Kelly Today.” And during the inaugural show, the eponymous host took the opening moments to share some thoughts on the show's inception.
Airing immediately following “Today” on NBC, “Megyn Kelly Today” will move its host out of the political arena and more toward the lighter side of the morning show world: human interest stories.
Teasing that she wouldn't be discussing President Donald Trump's morning tweets, Kelly claimed she was “just, like, over it” where politics were concerned.
“I am kinda done with politics for now,” Kelly said. “You know why. We all feel it. It's everywhere — it's everywhere. And it's gotten so dark.”
